We have a rich history of helping students achieve their dreams of pursuing an education at OCU. We offer generous scholarship support for team members, whether they participate in debate, competitive speech, performance, or a combination of events.
Ranging from $2,000-$6,000 annually.
Ranging from $1,500-$4,500 annually.
Students in the Petree College of Arts and Sciences, Meinders School of Business, and Kramer School of Nursing can add these awards to university merit scholarships and freshman departmental awards.
Students in the performing arts can add their award with university merit scholarships and talent awards.
Speech and debate awards cannot be combined with other competition awards from the university.
University scholarships can only be stacked up to the tuition block (12-16 hours). Scholarships are only applicable toward tuition and do not cover fees, room or board.

- The priority application deadline to be considered for Speech and Debate scholarships is February 1.
