Biography
Sally Roark received her Masters of Health Science degree in 2002 as a graduate of the University of ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ Health Sciences Center Physician Assistant Program. She also received a Bachelors in Science in Biology from Southwestern ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ State University in 2000.
She has been a practicing physician assistant since 2003 in the areas of internal medicine/gastroenterology for 8 years, family medicine for 2 ½ years, and orthopedic surgery for 4 ½ years. She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She has been a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ Association of Physician Assistants, the Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery organization, and now the Physician Assistant Educator Association.
Sally lives in ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ City with her husband and children: a son, daughter, and their boxer dog brother. She enjoys traveling, hiking, snow skiing, gardening, and attending her children’s various sporting and music events. She comes from a family of many educators and is excited to contribute her years of experience in medicine to the education and training of a new generation of physician assistants here at ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ.
