Biography
Dr. Heather Sparks is the Director of Teacher Education. Dr. Sparks returned to OCU as an educator in the fall of 2020, but she is familiar with the OCU campus after having previously attended as a student to earn her Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Education and her Master's in Elementary Education.
